Staff was very friendly.
Although it was taken care of quickly, toilet didn't work upon arrival.

Hotel was easy to find, right off the freeway. Staff was very friendly and eager to please. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My stay was very pleasant.

Could not adjust the TV--picture was too dark.

No general use computer that I could see.

Its excellent great distance and easy to get to the MOA. Hotel staff very friendly and willing to help and everything was awesome.

We liked everything.

It was convenient to the Minnetonka area which we visited and it was an all around good experience. The staff directed us to places we wanted to see with great directions.

The suite was roomy, the pool was good , breakfast was average.
I had a bad experience with a Somalian maid trying to get us to check out early.

The front desk staff was very friendly and did a great job the breakfast was average to poor limited items and the number they had. The worst thing to happen was Saturday morning a Somalian maid walked into our room she was told we would not be checking out till closer to noon, she came up to me at 11 and asked when we would be gone and became irate when I told her it would be closer to noon. ...read more
